Tri-C has completed a year long process to create a 10-year Integrated Facilities Plan that furthers the College’s mission and documents a vision for its physical environment. This exciting effort builds upon strategic conversations and ideas festivals as well as the academic plan currently in development.
The Integrated Facilities Plan explores ways to modernize the College through building renovations, better indoor and outdoor spaces to gather and learn, technology, wayfinding and other physical improvements at each Tri-C campus.
Additionally, the plan:
· Provides a realistic and feasible development plan based on campus character and physical environment;
· Informs resource allocation decisions and strategic planning; and
· Demonstrates the logical evolution of Tri-C in the 21st century.

The planning team engaged members of the Tri-C community in dialogue, fact-finding and decision-making during a series of interactive and intensive multi-day workshops designed to inform the integrated facilities planning process.
Together, we have created a useful, realistic and visionary roadmap for Cuyahoga Community College that prioritizes future facility needs and defines a successful implementation process.
This microsite serves as a living document that tracks the lifespan of the project. It charts the schedule and progress and provide information to the College and community during the planning phase and will house documents and progress updates once planning is complete.
